We want you to love your Femme Luxe fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered with.

• 3.
  Ship Your Parcel

  Generate your return shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

• 4.
  Wait for Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
